BISCO ® HT800 ist ein vielseitiges, mittelfestes Zell-Silikon, das häufig zum Abdichten und zum Schutz von Produkten verwendet wird. Darüber hinaus wird das Material häufig zur Stoßdämpfung und Schwingungsisolierung in elektronischen Komponenten und Transportfahrzeugen verwendet.
BISCO ® HT800 zeichnet sich durch eine sehr gute Beständigkeit gegen Ozon, UV-Strahlung, extreme Temperaturen und Flammen aus. Das Material ist FDA-konform, entspricht der Vorschrift 21 CFR 177.2600 und erfüllt die strengsten Flammschutznormen wie die UL 94 (File E83967). Diese Eigenschaften und Vorteile gelten für alle Produkte der BISCO ® Rogers Corporation.
Der Silikonschaum bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Rückstellvermögen und eine geringe Spannungsrelaxation, was die durch Druckverformung und Erweichung verursachten Wartungskosten reduziert. Die typische Dichte des Produkts ist 22 PCF und der CFD-Bereich liegt bei 6 bis 14 PSI. Bei RESOGOO ® ist der mittlere Silikonschaum HT 800 ab einer Dicke von 0,97 mm erhältlich. BISCO ® HT800 is a versatile, medium firmness cell silicone which is often used for sealing and protecting products. In addition, the material is often used as shock absorption and vibration insulation in electronic components and transport vehicles.
BISCO ® HT800 is characterized by very good resistance to ozone, UV radiation and extreme temperatures and flame. The material is FDA compliant in accordance with regulation 21 CFR 177.2600 and rated to most stringent flame standards such as UL 94 (File E83967). These features and benefits apply to all BISCO ® Rogers Corporation products.
The silicone foam has excellent resilience and low stress relaxation, which reduces maintenance costs caused by compression set and softening. The typical density of the product is 22 PCF and the CFD range is 6 to 14 PSI. At RESOGOO ®, the HT 800 medium silicone foam is available from a thickness of 0.97 mm.
